Our life changed on March 3rd. Robert’s motorcycle wreck threatened to take his life, but thanks to prayer, our local air transport company, and several surgeries he is still with us. I was extremely pleased to have received a letter from MASA Global letting me know that my AMBULANCE TRANPORTATION HAS BEEN PAID IN FULL! I called MASA Global to inquire about what I needed to do to pay a bill from the city ambulance service in April of 2020 for about $1098. The friendly customer service representative told me to email them a copy of the bill with my Plan number on it and it would be taken care of. That was all I needed to do! It was so easy! I had to receive emergency surgery at the trauma unit and my wife and family were back home, 6 hours away. After being released to return home, we soon found ourselves with a huge amount of bills.
