Sales Managers (Consumer Division)
Location: field-based in territories across the United States
Sales Managers are field-based independent contractors (1099’s) who conduct seminars across their assigned territory. There is no cold calling—interested customers have already reserved seats to learn more about our offerings. You’ll educate them on our emergency medical transportation service memberships that provide peace of mind, family protection, and financial security.
Top performing Sales Managers have backgrounds in many diverse industries, including Home Improvement, Automotive, Solar Energy, Travel, and Insurance. If you are comfortable speaking in front of people and want to represent a long-standing company with a great reputation, this is the opportunity for you!

Inside Sales Representatives (Consumer Division)
Location: on-site position based at our Fort Lauderdale, FL contact center
Inside Sales Representatives at MASA are rewarded with a stable, well-paying position in a collaborative and friendly team environment.
Inside Sales Representatives here are called Client Advisors because you’ll spend your days advising prospective clients on our various medical transportation plans. Our dedicated marketing team generates qualified leads, so there’s no cold calling. The sales process is a straightforward 1-call close: following up on qualified leads, you’ll help people make the best decisions for themselves and their families and collect payment information.
You’ll be off to a quick start after receiving comprehensive training. While previous sales experience in Insurance or Health Care is preferred, some of our most successful team members had no prior industry experience. It’s a plus if you have one of the following Florida insurance agent licenses:
- 2-15 Resident Health & Life (Including Annuities & Variable Contracts)
- 2-20 Resident General Lines License or Accident & Health
- 2-40 Resident Health

Senior Sales Directors (Group Benefits Division)
Location: field-based in territories across the United States
